Supervised Clinical Experience (SCE)

last day fasting today . hahaha . means that TOMORROW raya ! :DD

but today SCE la . until 1130 . so, syud in orkid ward . first class ward . nothing much to do . just take temperature, pulse, respiration and blood pressure only .

CI SHASHE already know me meh . so hard la . skit skit syuhada buat nih . haihhh .

so badddd laaa . :(

im going back at 1 sumthing la .

then, going back to my hometown at 3 sumthing . the best thing is i drove NAZA RIA !

so nice man !

only 2 and a half hour driving .

but so tiring laaa .
