Syud's for Real

today is my first day of posting at ORKID WARD . CI SHASHE is on leave . i was so afraid and nervous because its my first day time . although i've already came here for SUPERVISED CLINICAL EXPERIENCE (SCE) , but this time its a lil bit different from SCE . sanju , sab and i were arrived at ORKID WARD at 6.3o am . then , we need to hear staff nurses passed report about the patient .

the staff nurse remind us to ask seniors if anything we dont know . and seniors also need to help us and guide us . i was in TEAM C with TAN HWEE YAN . seniors in TEAM C damn nice man . they helped me a lot .

by the way , i've learnt a lot of things today . and the most happiest today , i can hear patients' blood pressure and all correct !
